Our Process
Mapped the end-to-end gym workflow: member sign-up, class booking, check-in, billing, staff scheduling, and retention outreach.
Built a multi-tenant platform with role-based portals for owners, staff, and members -- each seeing only what they need.
Integrated Worldpay for automated recurring billing with failed-payment recovery and Twilio for SMS and voice outreach.
Added an AI retention engine that scores churn risk weekly and generates recommended actions for staff to follow up on.
